A “built from scratch” website for a non-profit lay training program, with its own unique “swoop” navigation system, conveying progressively upward movement. Four rotating slideshows on the home page use iconic images to convey the program’s themes. (The website is not live at this time.)

Professional Organization

The Board of Rabbis of Greater Philadelphia, an interdenominational professional organization, needed a website that would feature their work in the community, showcase upcoming member events, provide a link to their external blog in the local Jewish community newspaper site – and entice rabbis and seminarians new to the area to join the organization. The WordPress format, strong photographs, and integrated MailChimp mailing program did the trick. BORphilly.com

Therapists’ Group

A basic template-based group site based on the the practitioners’ limited initial budget, need to adjust the text themselves as needed, and plans to eventually expand to offer download-able materials to clients. The group appreciated the challenge of a “less is more” approach to the text. Since the web site was posted, DBT-Philadelphia has doubled the size of their practice – and still have to refer away clients for lack of space. DBT-phila.org
